Group and private yoga classes in a friendly atmosphere

Drop-in yoga sessions in person and online

In our intimately-sized vinyasa yoga sessions, we synchronize our movement with the breath, allowing the nervous system to calm down. We practise a dynamic yet gentle style of yoga, which lets you both soften and strengthen simultaneously.

The result? A sense of centredness and rejuvenation that I hope you’ll carry with you after each class.

Join us in person or online from anywhere on Tuesday evenings from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm Budapest (Central European Time).

I attended Eszter’s yoga classes one-two times a week for over five years. Eszter was always able to find a great balance to each class, pushing us to do more while being kind to ourselves, maintaining a sense of mindfulness to the session while creating moments for playful joy. Eszter’s sessions were a grounding force to my week, forcing me to pause, breathe and just be present.

Eszter is the personification of the gentle, compassionate attitude that I try to cultivate through my yoga practice. She is a source of inspiration as well as a great teacher.
