Mindful walks, workshops and retreats

Coming back to presence through movement, meditation and community

Life may carry us away from our centre, the place where we feel most empowered and held. Let’s recentre together through movement, meditation and meeting each other in community.

These workshops and community walks provide a chance to return – through mindful movement, guided meditation, and often journaling and deep relaxation.

You don’t need to be an experienced meditator or yoga practitioner. Please note that some of the events involve more active movement and climbing stairs.

In any moment, no matter how lost we feel, we can take refuge in presence and love. We need only pause, breathe, and open to the experience of aliveness within us.

What Participants Say

Prson journaling.
Eszter’s classes are the perfect combination of gentle and dynamic movements with the addition of mindfulness meditation. After a class or workshop I always feel grounded, relaxed, and looking forward to the next practice.
Brittney

In addition to regular yoga sessions, I also joined two retreats organized by Eszter. These retreats were beautifully curated, providing a deeper immersion into yoga and mindfulness that left me rejuvenated and centered. Eszter’s expertise in guiding these practices has left a lasting impact on my well-being.
