Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before you start to use our Website and before purchasing or booking any services through our Website. By using our Website, you confirm that you accept these Terms and Conditions and that you agree to comply with them regardless of whether you choose to register with us. If you do not agree to these Terms and Policies, you must not use our Website in any way.
Welcome to our Online Services (“Website”). “You” and “your” means you as the user of our Online Services.
We have set out the terms under which we are providing you with access to our online services. These include the terms and conditions that govern:
- your rights to use and link to our online services (“Online Services Terms of Use”);
- how we will use and protect information about you (Privacy & Cookies Policy); and
- our booking terms, conditions and cancellation policies
Online Account
You warrant that:
- The Personal Data which you are required to provide when you register as a customer is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects; and
- You will immediately notify us of any changes to the Personal Data by updating these details on your online account; and
- You agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name that you are not authorised to use.
- We reserve the right to terminate your registration at any time if you breach these terms and conditions.

Information displayed on the website related to pricing and service availability is subject to change without notice.
Rules for booking classes
It is possible to book classes without logging in and registering in the system. In this case, however, your name and email will be required for identification purposes and you will receive a link to manage your booking.
The number of possible reservations for one specific class (created by one client) is 2 bookings.
Waitlists
In case the class is full, it is possible to join a waitlist. This service is only active if the client account credit or class tickets system is enabled. When a spot becomes available for a class, the registered client is automatically enrolled when their turn comes up (multiple clients may be waiting in line).
By signing up for a class, the booking becomes binding. If you don’t want to commit to attending in advance by joining the waitlist and just want to be notified when a spot opens up in a class, sign up for email notification instead.
However, please note that if someone joins the waitlist, they will automatically get priority over you when capacity becomes available. You will only receive an email notification when there is no one on the waitlist.
During the payment, 1 class ticket is blocked. If a spot does not become available, the class ticket is automatically credited back to the client’s account.
Payment methods
We make online card payments possible through the secure and modern payment service Stripe.
The minimum amount to pay by card is HUF 725.00. For lower priced orders, card payment is not offered.

Booking cancellation conditions
Pre-booked classes must be paid for in advance.
It is possible to cancel a class booking before the deadline (timeline below).When paying for a class in the form of the class tickets, it is automatically returned to the account.
The booking can be canceled free of charge until 4 hours before the class starts. After this time, your class will not be credited or refunded.
For workshops and courses, the terms of cancellation vary. You must read the detailed terms and descriptions on the specific event’s page before making a booking.
Indemnity
You agree fully to indemnify, defend and hold us, and our officers, directors, employees, agents and suppliers, harmless immediately on demand, from and against all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of any breach of the Conditions by you or any other liabilities arising out of your use of this Website, or the use by any other person accessing the Website using your shopping account and/or your Personal Information.
Our Rights
We reserve the right to:
Modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, this Website (or any part thereof) with or without notice to you and you confirm that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification to or withdrawal of the Website; and/or
Change the Conditions from time to time, and your continued use of the Website (or any part thereof) following such change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. It is your responsibility to check regularly to determine whether the Conditions have been changed. If you do not agree to any change to the Conditions then you must immediately stop using the Website.
