Mindfulness-based mentoring

Mentoring with Eszter: A path to self-discovery

Are you feeling stuck, seeking clarity, or more loving relationships? My mentoring sessions are there to support you. I believe in the transformative power of deep listening and mindfulness meditation. Therefore, I’d love to guide you on your path of self-discovery.

My mentoring approach

Whether you’re seeking answers related to a stuck place in your personal life or at work, your meditation practice or have questions about retreats, a mentoring session can be helpful. As a result, you might find that you have already had the answers within.

I can also help you process and integrate meditation retreat experiences or prepare for extended retreats. I’m also here to support you in establishing a regular mindfulness and heart-centred meditation practice, providing you with tools for personal growth and self-awareness.

How does it work?

Mentoring with me is about creating a welcoming, non-judgmental holding space. Thus, my hope is that you can openly express your thoughts, feelings, and challenges you encounter in your meditation practice or daily life. Through deep listening, meditation and guided journaling, we’ll work together to explore your needs. Secondly, we’ll explore what might be holding you back, and then we’ll nurture those areas in need of healing and growth.

In our one-on-one sessions, we’ll work with meditation techniques and deep inquiry to seek clarity. During the sessions, we’ll tap into what is stuck, discover the roots of your discomfort, and invite healing. In my experience, practising in a supported and intimate environment can uncover thought patterns, habits and deep-seated beliefs. To conclude, the mentoring process may provide a fertile ground for personal transformation.

Getting started

If you’re ready to explore your path to self-discovery and growth, I invite you to reach out. However, it’s important to note that mentoring does not substitute seeking professional mental health support, counselling or psychotherapy. This is true especially if you’re dealing with serious mental health issues.

To begin, I offer a first 30-minute video call to discuss your needs and to mutually determine if we are a good fit for this collaborative work. Feel free to send me an inquiry and I will respond to you soonest.

Mentoring options

I offer mentoring in person or online, with each session lasting 60 minutes. The number of sessions needed varies depending on your unique situation and needs. Sometimes, one session can reveal a wealth of information and prove sufficient, while in other cases, a series of consecutive sessions may bring about lasting transformation.

Please don’t hesitate to contact me to discuss your mentoring needs or to ask any questions you may have. Together, we’ll explore the possibilities that lie ahead. Feel free to email me, and I’ll respond to your query within 48 hours.

I had the opportunity to meditate with Eszter several times in mentoring sessions. These one-on-one occasions have been impactful for me and still influence my practice. I contacted Eszter because of a difficult life situation. She created a safe space with her attention, presence and professionalism in which the tension released, leading me to a calmer, clearer perspective.
