Find calm and find connection through our weekly online drop-in mindfulness meditation sessions. No prior experience is needed, you are welcome to join as you are.

Would you like to start your week by cultivating mindfulness and compassion?

Join us online from anywhere on Monday evenings from 6:00 pm to 6:45 pm Budapest (Central European Time) for guided mindfulness meditation and a chance to connect.

During these weekly meditation sessions we delve into a topic through a quote or passage, encouraging shared reflection. This safe space is designed for mutual check-ins, and you are invited to ask any questions. Eszter will guide you through a grounding meditation for a calming experience.

Both beginners and experienced meditators are welcome to our online mindfulness meditation circles.

When and where?

These online mindfulness sessions take place on Monday evenings from 6:00 pm to 6:45 pm Budapest (Central European Time). We meet using Google Meets.

How to join?

Feel free to join our meditation circles as often as you’d like. Access to the monthly Google Meet link will be provided once you express your interest by joining our mailing list. Simply fill the form.

No registration is required for the individual sessions. Kindly sign in a few minutes before the session begins.

You may like to turn on your camera and microphone when you join to say hello; otherwise feel free to do what feels best for you.
