Learn to manage overwhelm with mindfulness

Bring ease and calm into your life with our 3-day live, online course

5 - 7 December 2024

You’ve probably heard the quote “You can’t stop the waves, but you can learn to surf” by renowned teacher John Kabat-Zinn.

And that makes sense as many of us are caught in the waves of stress, anxiety, and overwhelm.

But just how do we learn to surf, especially when we’re feeling anxious or overwhelmed?

It’s possible to manage overwhelm with mindfulness: with gentle guidance, a supportive community, and small, intentional steps.

That’s why I’ve created this live mini-course, From Overwhelm to Balance, to help you regain your balance and navigate life with greater ease.

  • Practical mindfulness techniques: Easy practices like Soft Belly Breathing, Grounded Feet, and the Body Scan.
  • Befriending thoughts and emotions: How to handle thoughts and emotions without judgment, reducing reactivity.

Hey there, I’m Eszter, a certified meditation and movement instructor with over a decade of experience. Like many, my deep dive into meditation started during a challenging time filled with anxiety and stress. Regular meditation sessions became my anchor, helping me regain balance and clarity. Besides meditation, I enjoy leisurely walks, gazing at rivers, and soaking up the sun like a lizard whenever I get the chance.
