I’m Eszter Farkas, a meditation and yoga instructor in Budapest with over a decade of teaching experience, helping individuals and organizations build resilience and inner clarity.

From high-pressure jobs to yoga and meditation

  • I worked globally in high-pressure environments (Sudan, Ghana, Palestine) with the UN and media.
  • Yoga helped me regulate stress, reclaim calm, and thrive.
  • I’ve been practising yoga since 2005, and teaching since 2014 from deep listening, empathy, and adaptability.

My approach: deep listening and awareness

In my yoga journey, I transitioned from the rigorous ashtanga tradition to a softer, more adaptive practice. Similarly, my meditation teaching philosophy centres on the importance of deep listening.

  • Guided by injuries and personal reflection, I teach with care.

  • I encourage mindful awareness, bodily intelligence, leading to increased emotional regulation.

  • My goal? Empower you to tune in, respond, and deepen self-compassion.
