Here’s how it will unfold:
Morning stillness. Step onto the retreat grounds, a warm cup of tea in hand, and feel your shoulders drop.
Releasing through movement. Through mindful movement and meditation, you’ll feel your body soften.
Held by warmth. Floating in the heated pool, you’ll feel your body surrender with the water carrying your weight.
Nourishment inside and out. Over a wholesome meal, you’ll share laughter, insights, or quiet contemplation.
Space for clarity. In guided meditation, you’ll uncover what’s been buried beneath the clutter. What do you want to take with you, and what can you release?

09:30 – 10:00: Arrival and welcome tea – set your intention for our daylong yoga and mindfulness retreat in Hungary
10:00 – 12:00: Movement and mindfulness meditation – release tension, restore balance
12:00 – 14:00: Lunch and rest under the trees – nourish your body and mind
14:00 – 16:00: Guided water relaxation in pairs (aquacontact) – feel supported, let go
16:00 – 16:30: Free time – sauna, sunbathing, or simply soaking in the stillness
16:30 – 17:00: Closing circle – integrate, reflect, and carry the calm with you
The retreat was a wonderful experience, especially with the soothing bird song that helped me stay present and grounded. I knew I needed more rest, and spending the day with facilitators Eszter and Niki gave me the perfect opportunity to recharge meaningfully.
About the instructors
Eszter Farkas has been teaching yoga and meditation for a decade. She enjoys explorations and deep inquiry while maintaining a safe container. You can read more about her vision and teaching style on this page.
Nikoletta Majoros is a fun-loving hydrotherapy trainer, experienced aquacontact therapist, physiotherapist, and the founder of the Napmajor Farm.
What to bring?
- For this daylong retreat in Hungary, we inite you to bring your own yoga mat and meditation cushion if you own one.
- Additionally, bring your bathing suit, flipflop, towel/robe and if you like, a small towel for the sauna.
- You will receive more information and support in coordinting carpooling after booking your spot.

Cancellation and refunds
This retreat is limited to 10 people to create an intimate and safe atmosphere for personal inquiry. Please note that no cancellations are possible within two weeks of the retreat start (after 10 May). However, payments can be transferred to the next available retreat or course with Eszter. Refunds before that date are possible with a 10% administrative fee.
