Our meditation and yoga workshops and retreats are designed to deepen your understanding and practice of various topics. Primarily, these workshops provide a chance for self-inquiry in a safe and friendly environment.
Community walk on 9 May: build connections, meditate together, and enjoy the sunset above the city.
We will gather at Gellért Bath at 18:00 on Friday, 9 May. After getting to know each other and gentle stretches, we’ll walk up Gellért Hill enjoying a panoramic view. Climbing some steps mindfully, we’ll arrive at the Garden of Philosophers at sunset. Here, Eszter will guide a meditation, offering you a chance to take in sounds, colours and other impressions of nature around you.
You are welcome to bring friends and whoever likes walking and meditation.
If you like, stay on and grab a lemonade in a nearby café together.

Who are our workshops for?
Our mindfulness and yoga workshops and retreats provide a chance for self-inquiry in a safe and friendly environment.
These events are ideal for you is you wish to develop more centredness, focus and a kinder relationship with yourself.
What shall I expect?
Our workshops and retreats usually combine theory, guided meditation, journaling and reflection, breathing exercises and yoga, and Questions and Answers. We regularly engage in:
- exploring breathing techniques to focus the mind and soften the heart
- meditation to ground ourselves
- an opportunity to share what’s arising and discuss questions
- guided journaling
- deep relaxation.

In addition to regular yoga sessions, I also joined two retreats organized by Eszter. These retreats were beautifully curated, providing a deeper immersion into yoga and mindfulness that left me rejuvenated and centered. Eszter’s expertise in guiding these practices has left a lasting impact on my well-being.
About the instructor
Eszter has been teaching yoga and meditation for a decade. She is certified to teach mindfulness meditation through Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach’s two-year program. Eszter enjoys immersions, explorations and playfulness while maintaining a safe container. You can read more about her vision and teaching style on this page.

What do the workshops comprise?
Most of our workshops and retreats are limited to 8-10 participants to create an intimate and safe atmosphere for personal inquiry.
You will receive a handout in a follow-up email after the workshops or retreat.
Workshops and retreats cancellation and refunds
Cancellations made within a week of a workshop are non-refundable. If you cancel more than one week in advance, you will receive a refund with a proportionate administrative fee deducted.
